Flowers and wrappers / ribbons may vary based on availability; we’ll replace them with similar blooms and materials while keeping the same look and value.

For customization (color/wrapper), please notify us at least 48 hours before delivery.

3. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your flowers in the best condition. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate to avoid delays.

Please ensure the recipient’s phone number is active and reachable during delivery.

Someone must be available to receive the flowers at the given address.

In case of severe weather (e.g., typhoon), delivery will be rescheduled to the next available day

4. Cancellation Policy

All orders are considered final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are strictly not allowed.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund or replacement will be provided if the order is lost, significantly damaged, or if we fail to deliver your order.

6. Material Availability

Availability of Materials Flowers and materials are subject to availability. In case certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar or higher-value blooms while maintaining the overall design and quality of the arrangement.

7. Customization

We welcome customization requests such as changes in flower colors or wrapper design. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pick-up to accommodate your request.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics.
