Orders & Customization

Can I customize my order?
Yes! We welcome customization for flower colors or wrapper designs. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Flowers and materials are subject to availability. If a specific bloom or wrapper is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar or higher-value item while maintaining the overall design and quality.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are considered final. Once confirmed, cancellations are strictly not allowed.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payments through PayMongo, including GCash, Maya, BPI Direct Online Banking, UnionBank Direct Online Banking, and QR Ph.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by PayMongo. We do not store your financial credentials on our servers.

Delivery

What happens if no one is available to receive the flowers?
Someone must be available at the delivery address. Please ensure the recipient’s phone number is active and reachable to avoid delays.

What if there is a typhoon or severe weather?
In case of severe weather conditions, deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available day for safety.

Refunds & Privacy

Do you offer refunds?
A full refund or replacement is provided if the order is lost, significantly damaged, or if we fail to deliver your order.

How is my personal data handled?
We collect information like your name and email to provide our services. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy to protect your rights and improve our service.
